A Bit About Me
I am a fully qualified Level 2 Reiki Practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation.
Calma Daze is inspired by my Nanny Mary, who has been meditating and attending spiritual circles since the 80’s. Calma is Calm in Gaelic, a nod to my Nan who was born and raised in Dublin.
I am intrigued in all things spiritual and want to help others on their spiritual journey. I love to connect with people, from all walks of life.
I first discovered spiritualism back in 2013, when I travelled to South-East Asia and in particular Cambodia. I immediately felt “home” when I stepped onto Angkor Wat, a temple built in the early 12th Century.
I have since always felt an intuitive pull towards spiritualism and the Buddhist way of life.
I discovered Reiki through the recommendation of a work colleague, I had been trying to conceive a baby for over a year at the time and my body felt fatigued, I was mentally and physically tired from it all. I didn’t know what to expect, but I had an open mind and something intuitively was pulling me towards this. It took me a while to let my mind clear of endless thoughts, but once it did I immediately at ease; it was here that I discovered my spirit guide and each time I have meditated since, he has visited me, just out of sight, but just enough to allow me to know he’s there, guiding and supporting me.

I have had two readings with Calma daze, the first I asked for was non specific and the accuracy to my current situation was absolutely spot on. Both readings were recorded and sent to me they were beautifully read and detailed. I will definitely be having more readings in the future. Would highly recommend..
